"I was a Geico customer since 2015. When i moved to West Virginia from Virginia my rates tripled. I changed deductibles to $2500 and my rate was still doubled. I am disabled and live on a fixed income. If an accident happened i would be unable to use my insurance. I was overwhelmed while insurance shopping. I connected with Matthew. He met me where i was at and fid everything in his power to lower my deductibles and monthly rate. Im shocked that he helped me get to a monthly rate and to a lower deductible that makes having car insurance worthwhile. I am beyond impressed with Matthew. He was diligent, thoughtful and thorough. I wish there was a better score to give him. With geico a single accident would not have equaled a total loss but i would not have been able to financially recover. I would have to ride share every where i needed or wanted to go. Matthew gave me hope that one stoke of bad luck would not have ruined me. Thank you for your kindness and ability to work quickly."
